DEI Symposium
Below are the marketing materials I have created for the DEI Symposium, as well as the documents I created in preparation for the Symposium.
The presentation attached was reworked and edited throughout the entire planning period. I made sure to update my supervisors whenever I made new changes, and was kept in constant contact whenever something needed to be added to the presentation.

These are the marketing materials that have been created and reworked with my supervisors.

The event was originally meant to host 120 people, but after the agenda and flyers were sent out, we had 220 people sign up to attend the event. Included are designs used during the event.

I had the responsibility of introducing our keynote speaker, Melissa Majors. Before I officially introduced her, she asked if we could change the script last minute, and we made sure to print the script as quickly as we can and adapt to this new change.
For the Undergraduate Q&A session, I was tasked with creating a script for my supervisor to keep the event on track with the time. We worked on this script together and outlined what we might need to do in case there are no more questions asked from the audience.
